Orfox: A Tor Browser for Android

With the proliferation of smartphones and the rest of the other devices to varying degrees, surfaced a range of challenges to users are spying on them and not respect their privacy by the various companies in this area, but there are companies specialized only in collecting information and spy on users.

Here are a lot of options to overcome this problem, and the first option in the user list is the Tor network, but accessing it through a portable device was not quite as convenient as in a computer.

But not anymore, the Orfox browser, derived from the official Tor browser, has been created to change this. This new browser prevents companies from tracking your activity and creating a digital profile while browsing the Internet on your smartphone.

One of the goals of Orfox is to simplify access to the Tor network from a mobile device. And of course Orvox is just a browser, and before you install it you must install the Orbot proxy to connect correctly (Orfox will ask for an Orbot proxy when it is run for the first time).

Once you create the link via About, Orfox will work just like any version of the Firefox mobile browser, but Orfox comes with a version of the add-on NoScript, which means that the browser can block JavaScript on certain sites, prevent automatic playback of multimedia content and disable fonts.
